All Sales Are Final

Due to the print-on-demand and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We'll Make It Right

If something goes wrong with your order — including defects, misprints, or errors on our end — we will 100% work to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll get it sorted.

Digital Downloads

All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Custom Pet Portraits

Custom familiar portraits are made to order and are non-refundable. If there is an error or quality issue with your portrait, contact us and we will resolve it.

Knitwear & Cardigans

Due to the extended production time for our knitwear pieces (~2 business weeks), cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
